      Do you accept self-diagnosis?

      We understand that the formal diagnosis process can be time-consuming, expensive, and inaccessible.

      Yes, Mentra accepts self-diagnosed candidates! While you are welcome to share your form of neurodivergence, that decision to share is completely up to you. If you do let the Mentra team know, we keep this information private and do not share it with employers unless you choose to do so through your Mentra Profile.
