Right now, we don't have a typical "job board" experience to browse all open jobs on the platform. Mentra was originally designed as a "reverse job fair", meaning that once you put your profile up, employers come to you. Our goal was to reduce the stress of applying over and over again just to get a handful of interviews. This means that once you sign up for Mentra, you're in the running for every neuroinclusive job opportunity on the platform.
We know jobseekers are looking to browse jobs as well, and are developing a page to browse all open opportunities soon!
In the meantime, you can view "Featured Jobs" in your Mentra dashboard. Log into your Mentra account and go to your home page to check out our latest postings.
Clicking the thumbs-up icon indicates that you're interested in a role. This can help boost your chances by putting your profile directly in front of the employer!
